This weekend was non-stop but so amazing! The Nike crew flew over and I got to show them around my hometown. They came to my house, met my family, I introduced them to shaved ice, Leonard’s malasadas, my best friends and even got to take them surfing at Kewalos, yay! They actually came over for a photoshoot that I had the honor of being apart of. I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Helena Christiansen and Olivia B. Helena is a famous supermodel just FYI! She like did Victoria secret and stuff like omg WOW! She still models but is exploring her passion for photography at the moment. The coolest part was that she was so nice and down to earth. Olivia is 15 years old and has a beautiful eye for photography and accompanied Helena. I had a blast and just want to thank everyone at Nike for their hardwork. The clothes look fabulous and I am looking forward to sharing it with the world:) Love you guys!

This weekend I went on the best surf trip ever… well not exactly. On Saturday night my dad, two little sisters, Cayla and Kelly, Coco and I flew to Maui for the north swell. There we met up with Monyca and Aaron. Sunday we surfed a spot on the way to Hana called Hanamanu. It is a fun right that breaks off of a cliff and there is also a small left in the inside of the bay. Right when we were about to leave Monyca’s car broke down. Luckily after going thru all the trouble of tying up the car to tow, it started and we made it back to our hotel. On Sunday things got even more complicated. We didn’t have enough room in our rental for everyone so we were hoping that our friend would drive us out to Honolua bay. Unfortunately something came up and be couldn’t come with us. We were stranded in front of Starbucks in Kahului for three hours. My dad finally rented another car and we made it to the bay by noon but not until we got a speeding ticket! Wow… what a trip. We had some good laughs along the way which made for a memorable trip.

Since I have been back been catching up on school work. The semester is coming to an end with finals this week. I don’t have any so I get to relax, so syked. The waves on the north side are huge at the moment and I have just been surfing small stuff in town. It has been pretty fun tho. I surfed one of my favorite secret spots this morning on my favorite little rocket=) What do you think of my new site?
